• Why premature ejaculations

It is a well known fact that most men suffer from premature ejaculations / rapid ejaculations / early ejaculations from time to time in their lives.

Many people think this is due to a sensitive penis and that by using some tricks / steps this issue can be solved.

Unfortunately, this is not always the reality, particularly when the premature ejaculation is related to a serotonin deficiency.

Serotonin is found in most parts of your body though predominantly in your gut, your brain, and your blood. It is made in the body from the amino acid tryptophan and acts as a neurotransmitter sending signals between your nerve cells. It is involved in cognition, mood, anxiety and psychosis.

When your serotonin level is low, premature ejaculation is a tough one to rid from your life without taking drugs, supplements or doing physical exercises and meditation.

Dapoxetine, a serotonin reuptake inhibitor or SSRI, is a very effective drug, as are other SSRI’s, for helping you last longer in bed. They increase the overall amount of serotonin in the brain, which gives a feeling of satisfaction, as well as having a calming effect. Anxiety often fuels premature ejaculation, so when the body is calm there is less likelihood of you ejaculating soon than you had hoped.

Beside prescription drugs, such as SSRI’s, there are also supplements that you can take to increase the level of serotonin in the brain. SAM-e, 5-HTP, L-Tryptophan, and St. John's Wort are some of the most commonly used.

I, Jelle, personally use L-Tryptophan to increase the level of serotonin in my brain and have to say that when taking this on a daily basis I really can last longer. I also find that I can last longer directly after an intense fitness workout, which also increases the level of serotonin in my brain. I experience the same after meditating, especially when I focus on my manhood during meditation.

Of course, endurance PWODs will also help you out. Read more about PWODS on Velv-Or.net.
